The BG Consumer Unit 22 module, 19 way, comes with a 100A Main Switch and Type 2 SPD (CF22MS19). It has a maximum current rating of 100A and includes a 40kA Type 2 Surge Protection Device for added safety.
 
This unit features a modern, stylish design that matches BG wiring accessories. It is equipped with a built-in spirit level to facilitate easy installation. The up-opening visor allows for easier access to internal devices, improving user convenience.
 
For cable management, the unit provides easy access through knockouts (20mm and 32mm) located on the sides, top, and bottom, as well as additional rear entry knockouts. Each consumer unit also comes with spare cover blanks.
 
The base, cover, and visor are all made from steel, ensuring full compliance with BS 7671 standards for electrical installations.
