The BG 800 Series white Intelligent LED Dimmer Switch, model 884-01, offers advanced dimming technology with intelligent trailing edge capabilities. Unlike leading edge dimmers, it has a lower minimum load, ensuring compatibility with LED, halogen, CFL, and incandescent lamps. A soft start feature gradually brings lights to a set level within about a second, which helps extend the life of the lamps.
 
Built-in overload protection prevents damage by automatically reducing or turning off the lights if the load exceeds the limit, until corrected. The dimmer provides smooth control with silent operation, eliminating noise during use, and supports lower-wattage lamps to prevent flickering. Rated for 200W (100W for LED), this dimmer is ideal for a range of settings, offering easy installation with supplied fixing screws and instructions. It enables 2-way on/off control, allowing light level adjustment for mood and energy efficiency.
 
This trailing edge dimmer is compatible with various lamp types and offers a 2-way push on/off function with rotary control. Installation is simple due to clearly marked terminals and backed-out captive screws.
