The Aurora R6 CWS Fixed 4-6W Colour & Wattage Switchable LED Fire Rated Downlight is designed with versatility and convenience in mind. This downlight features a FastRFix connector, making installation and circuit testing straightforward and hassle-free. One of its standout features is the ability to switch the colour temperature between 3000K, 4000K, and 5700K, as well as adjust the wattage between 4W and 6W. These settings should be selected prior to installation, allowing for customization to suit various lighting needs. The downlight's low profile design, with a depth of 50mm, makes it suitable for use in shallow ceiling voids.
 
The product is equipped with loop in loop out push-fit wiring terminals for easy connectivity and comes with a white IP65 polycarbonate bezel, ensuring durability and water resistance. Additionally, the Aurora R6 CWS is insulation coverable and features a patented design that provides fire protection without the use of intumescent materials. It is rated for fire, acoustic, and air leakage, having been tested in 30, 60, and 90-minute solid timber joist applications, as well as 30-minute i-joists and metal web joist scenarios.
 
The downlight offers a 60-degree beam angle and is TRIAC dimmable as standard, allowing for flexible lighting control. There is also an emergency option available. The bezel options include IP65 Polycarbonate Polished Chrome, Satin Nickel, and Matt Black, offering a range of aesthetic choices. With an L70 lifespan of 40,000 hours and a 5-year manufacturer warranty, the Aurora R6 CWS is a reliable and long-lasting lighting solution.
